How Brooke & Kate See Germany

so i am sure that you will hear about the wonderfully amazing day we had yesterday (saturday) at garmisch-partenkirschen when bryan writes about it. but for now...just know that we had a perfect day!

with this in mind...know that brooke and kate, i am sure could not have cared any less then they did. on our way riding on the train, we read a play that was part of their american school work. well, this was the first play they have read and we all had our parts. we entertained the whole train. well, brooke and kate loved that play. it's all they talked about. they wanted to act out the play and write their own. who cares about all the beautiful creation within the alpine city??

so today...all they wanted to do was make costumes, give out parts and practice the play that they want to perform for all of the students who will come to the "multipurpose" party on oct 29th.

so when people ask me, "how are brooke and kate enjoying germany?"...what can i say? they are being troopers...they are hanging in there and enjoying it all. but deep down...they just want to stay in the apartment and play with the animals. maybe, if we are blessed to ever "do germany" again..it will be different. so please enjoy some pictures of part of our sunday afternoon.

These animals are the ones who were cast in the roles of the little red ants. can you see their costumes...antennas and all?!?
here are two more characters...cat (can you guess which one? and mouse..which is dusty the racoon dressed up.

the horse is "wind" and the lab dog is the sun...
rosey the lab is the narrator...no costume and the lion is fire...because of the way her mane is...

and this is just part of the girls wall. they don't like the white walls...too boring for a brendley...so much of their bedroom has been decorated.

so to all who want to know how A & B are doing? i would say....just fine!
