The littles and I spent about 5 hours at the Deutsches Museum yesterday. We saw it all ... that is saw, not read! The place is so massive it would take forever (and a wonderful command of reading German) to take it all in!
After the really cool (and somewhat spooky ... Kate wouldn't let go of my hand) mine exhibit, we were able to move into many other things including:
The Alchemists Labs (for Mom & Dad Brendley ...)
The Junkers Tri-engine:
The giant cell that one could walk into & explore (our first lesson on DNA ...)
Sailing the cargo ship in Rotterdam port (for Grandpa Baay...)
Deep-sea diving, something out of "Men of Honor" and still kinda scary after remembering the Scooby Doo episode with the ghost of Capt Cutler ...
Then it was off to McDonalds for 1 euro cheeseburgers! Then home to watch (again) the Lord of the Rings movies (B&K's new favorite movies)!
