Berlin, Part 2

Here's the famous Checkpoint Charlie from the post-WW2 era. OK, also rebuilt.  Heck the whole area was redone from what it looked like during the Cold War.

Here's K trying to take it all in ...

The sign that says "you're screwed" in a manner of speaking!  Once you left here, you passed into East German (read: Russian) control.  OK, this is a redone sign as well ... in keeping with our full disclosure policy, the original is in the museum down the street.

This is what is looked like, this redone one is the same size, etc ... it's really, really small!

Kinda interesting to try to figure out where all of the old Cold War areas were then, and how it has changed to now.
