No, just kidding! These guys are on a small inlet off of the Isar River where there is a sluice gate that creates a huge wave. They line up and hop on the wave for about 30 seconds to a minute then they get washed downstream and climb out and get back in line. It's illegal, but the cops don't seem to care.
