I realized that I needed to show the view from the balcony to make y'all appreciate the whole wine-slurping thing. That, coupled with the fact the Deb and I have taken a hankerin' to the really delicious white Franconian wines from the Wuerzburg area ... these are the wines that Goethe told his family to send him regularly. Now we know why. They have been producing wine in this area since the 13th century and bottling them in these interesting flat wine bottles.
