Today is the big day! We have been looking for this day to come for about ... four years! The luggage is ready; yes sir, yes sir eight bags full!
Dave Walters helped me get the cats over to Nanny's house for their first night there; they are NOT happy ... yet. The girls also stayed there as Deb and I worked late to clean, to wash, and to finish packing.
Frau Volz (in charge of the German host families) emailed us that she will meet us at the airport tomorrow. At least we have someone to meet us ... that's cool. Well, that's about it for now, time to kick the tires and light the fires for Deutschland! My next post should be from a server somewhere in Munich! We covet your prayers for the journey! Tschus!
