Hittin' the Muenchen Christmas Market; Nighttime Episode

Here we are in the downtown city center at night. It really is magical.  You should see it here ... if you haven't reserved a room at the Brendley Bed & Breakfast (Muenchen Branch), you are pretty much out-of-luck.  We come home in 26 days and we aren't in Muenchen for 12 out of those days.  So ...

here are some pictures to compensate for not being here with us!

The great, 30-foot tall Weinachtspyramide in Rindermarkt!  They serve food in the bottom level, so the actual "thing" isn't 30 feet tall, but it is still pretty darn big!

We remembered where we had our very first feuerzangenbowle (the hot wine that has the melted brown sugar and rum mixed in) last Dezember with the Limburgs ...

And we had some more! No, the kids are drinking kinderpunch, not hooch!

All the stands are lit up at night ... gluehwein and lebkuchen abound!

Lights abound in Marienplatz!

The girls look happy enough with what they have to drink - Wow, I'm going to NYC in a few days but they don't sell spiced rum, wine and sugar. The best I can do is a Starbucks!!
