Goodnight Rothenburg!

We might try Rothenburg one more time, but time is running out for places to see in Germany! We were able to enjoy another nightfall on the Taube river and it was spectacular!

The city square all decked out in lights ...
A small tavern looking festive for the season ...
And finally ... the red sky at night ... sailor's delight!  Oh how we wish this moment lasted forever!  From the south/west wall of the city ...

Yep, that is all of us by the wall ... the light was really starting to fade.

Right before the sun began to drop out of sight an eerie mist rolled into the valley down below. Just an amazing few minutes to share with our friends!

That looked like a wonderful evening. Buildings with twinkly lights, an awesome sunset, eerie mist and good friends - you guys are living it up these last few weeks. Have all the fun you can!
